Do we buy vintage items from customers?

At Rosey's Vintage, we do not buy clothes or vintage pieces from customers. We have our own trusted suppliers that provide us with the opportunity to select pieces from all over Europe and the USA. Thus, we aim to provide our online customers and in-store visitors with the best quality vintage items.

Our product quality

We differentiate ourselves from other vintage thrift stores in the quality and maintenance of our items, so you cannot expect the items we sell to 'look' second-hand at all! They are all laundered and ironed ready to be worn. Always check product description for small defects in items before buying online and our staff are always ready to help if you have any queries in-store:)

What is your return policy?

We have a strict no-return policy as all vintage items are non-refundable. We have a fitting room in store so you are more than welcome to try items on before purchasing! For online returns, please see our terms and conditions.
