In today’s online market, honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous and transparent store policy for our customers. Read below to learn more and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions!

Returns

The Small Print

Our in-store return policy is different to our online policy, based on the variable that customers can try clothes on before purchasing in-store. However, if you are dissatisfied with an online purchase, you can make a return within 14 days if it's a UK order or up to 21 days for an international order. Please note that customers must pay for a return, preferably tracked order as Rosey's Vintage are not responsible for any errors in the shipping of returns and damage to products in transit, and for international orders, please be aware of any custom fees. Once returned, we inspect the quality of the returned product to match the state when it was purchased, then if conditions are met, we may offer a full refund on the item; this will be refunded into the bank account used to purchase the item. You can expect a refund in 3-5 business days from date of return depending on your bank. This refund excludes shipping fees, both for the order and return.  Please see below for the return address:

Return items are at our teams discretion and items are inspected upon return, if they do not match the same condition when purchased, they will be rejected. Our items are laundered and we will not accept products with suspicious odours and/or marks. Please make tracked returns as no inspections will be made until product is returned to us, we Rosey's Vintage Limited, are not responsible for any damages or lost return parcels via transit.

When you are purchasing from us you are agreeing to the following conditions: a) that you have carefully read the product description and measurements b) you are fully aware that all vintage items are second hand and if making a return, they must be in the same condition when purchased.

Privacy at Rosey's Vintage Limited

Trust Us with Your Information

We use third-party banking (PayPal)  to verify payment so we collect customers’ data and use it once your purchase has been completed. Our user’s privacy is of the highest importance to our business, so we do not sell your data or expose it to third parties. Furthermore, we do not save your data such as email accounts and addresses on our databases. Once an order has been completed, all such data is deleted after 7 days for UK orders and 14 days for international orders.
